在桃園要早有氣氛的餐廳又是素食的要哪裡找呢?不仿去吃吃看艾維農歐風素食,你一定會喜歡他的。因為他的餐點到用餐環境真的很不一樣。一進餐廳可以看到很明亮的氣氛,旁邊牆上則掛滿了各式畫作,這裡的畫作可是與各藝術家合作,定期舉辦各式畫作展覽,所以每次來都可以欣賞到不同畫作,每次來都可以有新感受,是不是很特別阿。

Its very different from dishes to surrounding in the restaurant. Very bright space makes you feel comfortable , and lots of paiting hang on the wall. Here is like gallery exhibition whiche displays kinds of painting, thus you can see different art ,and evey time you come with different experience.
這次去去展出的是林怡君個展 《交換總和》,其色調和筆觸剛好是我喜歡的樣子,靜靜的看著這些畫作令人心情很好,心情也很寧靜。
Now its the exhibition of Lin, Yichun. The painting is very colorful and the style is what I just like. it's very peaceful to see these and make people in a good mood.
整個餐廳的牆上都掛滿了畫作,到處可以欣賞。

另外在餐廳尾端,有一個工作吧檯,具現代感的幾何花紋與鏡面設計,讓餐廳活潑起來。這裡有一個非常大的餐桌,很適合聚會閒聊。
At end of aisle in the restaurant, there is a bar with Geometric pattern and up to wall mirror, which make the restaurant more vivid. there is a long table providing whole family and a gruop to enjoy the dining time.
鏡面反射也是種美.

值得一提的是,每一桌上都有擺花,這可都是貨真價實的玫瑰花,而不是假花喔!!

湯品都有做分子料理做出來泡泡,檸檬和大豆卵磷子打出來的,泡泡放了很久都還沒消失,且一開始料和湯是分開的之後才會滿滿注入熱湯。
看起來有點像羅宋的蕃茄湯,但是湯的外觀顏色很清無雜質,或許這就是店家選用玻璃杯乘裝的原因,裡頭百里香芹菜等蔬菜熬煮,湯的口感喝起來帶有嗆酸辣,有點像薑胡椒的番茄湯口感,並帶有點淡淡的中藥香味。
Vegetable Consomme
Molecular Cuisine is popular at the moment. The bubble is made from lemon and Soy lecithin, and won' t disappear immidiately. Its empty when the dish is served, but waiter will pour hot soup later.
The Vegetable consomme is made with concentrated vegetable, like Thyme, celery etc. The Soup has sour and pungent taste, the flavor is similar to ginger ,peper and tomato.
綠絲絨濃湯裏頭包含了青花椰、玉米、馬鈴薯及豌豆多種食材,一片綠綠汪洋,聽裡頭的材料就覺得很養生。口感上是濃郁的蔬菜湯口感,並帶著蔬菜清甜,好喝不膩,很快就見底了。
Green Velvet Soup is made form photo, pea, sweet corn and cauliflower. The soup looks very green, and make people healthy. The taste of it is very rich vegetable with fresh flavor, although its a big bowel,you will finish it very soon.
奶油香草及玫瑰抹醬
麵包一份是兩片,吃完可以再續。玫瑰醬的顏熱非常粉嫩,中間還有玫瑰花瓣,口感酸甜,帶有玫瑰淡淡的味道。白醬口感則是散發淡淡香料的味道。
Warm Bread Basket Served with Herb Mayo and Rose Mayo
They will served each person with two pieces of bread, you can order more if its not enough. You can still see rose in the rose mayo, the smell is fancy, the color is beautiful, the taste is sweet with little sour. Herb mayo delivers light herb smell.

桂花蘋果,桂花凍QQ蘋果甜,感覺像點心的一道菜,黃瓜香瓜味增甜中帶鹹味,但味道卻不衝突,特別一提杭菊是店家自己種的,花很漂亮。焦糖桂花醬香蕉,原本以為香蕉外層是麻糬皮之類的,沒想到是正港的香蕉皮,皮做的不澀而且有彈性,像極了大福外層的麻糬皮口感非常有趣,旁邊的桂花醬帶桂花香味沾著吃別有風味。
Amuse Bouch
I must say its very innovative to have the amuse bouch. From left to right are apple coat with Osmanthus jelly, cucummber and sweetmellon roll with miso, and caramel banana with Osmanthus jam.
Cucummber and sweetmellon roll with miso is mixed with salt and sweet taste, strange taste but still good . Caramel banana has very interesting taste, the peel of banan taste like mochi and not bitter at all . The Osmanthus jam adds more delight flavor.
香煎山伏菇排 菇排口感有像肉一層層的口感,吃起來也有點像肉的咀嚼感,菇醬甜甜的味道,與他搭起來很合。黃色的小米本身沒什麼味道,但神奇的是軟軟QQ會讓人忍不住一直吃,並且主餐的盤子是都溫熱的,可以讓食物保持溫度較久一點。
Grilled Tree Hedgehog Steak (with Cream Sauce, Assorted Vegetables and Couscous)
The hegehog steak looks like real meat loaf, if you don't mention its a kind of marhroom, you wont find out. The side dish is Couscous with plain taste, you can add murshroom souace on it. Besides, its a very good service to keep the food warm with the warm plates .

但切開看來就可以看到,是很大塊的猴頭菇。

野菇燉飯
略帶日式醬汁鹹甜口感,閃閃發光不油膩飯吸滿湯汁很入味,也不會過於軟爛。
Mushroom Risotto is soak in the japanese style sauce, the rice is rich flavor with good shape.
羅勒松子炒翻,炒飯本身不油,但有口口是香味,松子有脆度,百果略苦,粒粒分明。個人覺得燉飯的q度大於炒飯
Basil pine nut fried rice: the fried rce is not greasy at all, very light compared to the normal fried fice in Taiwan. The smell of Basil is very appealing.
法式焗三鮮,馬楂瑞拉起司真的很美味,裏頭的應該是杏包菇與竹筍
Mozzarella Baked Vegetables, it vey taste to eat mozzarella cheese with murshroom and baby bamboo.

甜菜根蘋果醋,深深紫紅色甜菜根微甜與蘋果醋酸嗆調和,不甜膩而開胃。
初戀滋味:由蝶豆花、紫菜汁、檸檬水及椰子水做成,這是本人第一次喝蝶豆花,蝶豆花天然紫拿來調色非常吸睛,紫高麗菜汁本身口感清爽帶點甜味,但不會像吃生菜一樣有很重的草味,用吸管晃一晃也錯變不衝突的酸甜清口感。
